We've teamed up with Olivia Plath once again to create another adventure beyond the ordinary. Your South African adventure begins in the vibrant city of Cape Town, where incredible landscapes, rich culture, unforgettable food, and iconic experiences come together. From the energy of the city and the beauty of Table Mountain to the vineyards of the Cape Winelands and the penguins of Boulders Beach, your first few days are designed to experience the very best of Cape Town - with plenty of time to explore, relax, and make the journey your own. The second half of your adventure takes you into the heart of the African bush, where you’ll trade city streets for open wilderness and immerse yourself in conservation, wildlife, safari, and life around the campfire.

Cape Town is where our adventure begins a city framed by dramatic mountains, golden beaches, world-class vineyards, and a vibrant mix of cultures, food, and history. Our time here is all about experiencing the many sides of the city. We’ll take in the incredible views from Table Mountain, with the option to hike Lion’s Head for those wanting an extra dose of adventure. We’ll immerse ourselves in local culture through a hands-on cooking experience, explore the city on foot, and spend time discovering the iconic V&A Waterfront. Beyond the city, we’ll head into the Cape Winelands for an afternoon of wine tasting before following the coastline to Boulders Beach, home to Cape Town’s famous African penguin colony. There will also be plenty of time to slow down and enjoy the city’s laid-back side.
Into the Wild.
Our adventure continues into the heart of South Africa’s wilderness surrounding Hoedspruit - where open landscapes, incredible wildlife, and the rhythm of the African bush take centre stage. Here, the experience becomes much more immersive. Our time in the wilderness is about more than simply seeing wildlife, you'll experience the work that goes into protecting it, with opportunities to learn about wildlife veterinary care by joining wildlife vets in the field, a full day safari in the world famous Kruger National Park, spend a night camping under the stars, and gain hands on experience in anti-poaching tasks. This is an unbelievable opportunity to get closer to the wild, understand the challenges facing Africa’s wildlife, and experience the bush from a completely different perspective.

Safari through the world famous Kruger National Park home to high concentrations of Elephants, Buffalo, Lions, Leopard, Rhino alongside vast herds of Impala, Giraffe, Zebra and so much more!
Beyond this you'll be living in a Wildlife reserve, get ready for hands-on involvement in Wildlife management!
You’ll experience the breathtaking views from Table Mountain, explore the city’s vibrant streets and culture on a guided walking tour, and get hands-on with a South African cooking experience that brings local flavours to life. We’ll head beyond the city into the Cape Winelands for a wine tasting, before exploring the beautiful coastline and visiting Boulders Beach, home to Cape Town’s famous African penguin colony. Along the way, there’s plenty of time to enjoy Cape Town at your own pace - from relaxed beach lunches and time at the V&A Waterfront to evenings spent sharing great food together. For those looking for a little more adventure, an optional Lion’s Head hike offers one of the city’s most spectacular viewpoints.
You’ll spend a full day on safari, exploring the wilderness in search of some of Africa’s most iconic wildlife, including elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard, rhino, giraffe and vast herds of antelope. You’ll also have the opportunity to go behind the scenes of conservation through a wildlife veterinary experience, learning about the hands-on work involved in caring for and protecting Africa’s wildlife. For a deeper immersion in the wilderness, we’ll spend a night camping under the African stars, experiencing the sights and sounds of the bush after dark and disconnecting from the outside world. Our anti-poaching experience offers another perspective on conservation, giving you an insight into the challenges of protecting wildlife and the people working tirelessly to safeguard these incredible landscapes. With time around the campfire, opportunities to explore the surrounding wilderness, and experiences that bring you closer to both wildlife and conservation, this is a chance to experience the African bush from a completely different perspective.
